    • This could be due to a mechanical load issue, extremely harsh duty cycle, high ambient temperature, motor oscillation, or an issue with the brake.

  2. You can monitor the drive parameters, r78[0] (Current Actual Value) and r80 (Torque Actual Value), while the motor is at a standstill.

    • To check these Parameters: Go to [Setup][Machine Data][Drive Parameter] → Press [Select a Drive] and choose Z-Axis. Scroll down or search for r78[0] and r80
