RX - How to use Panel Scanner to Diagnose Keypad Issues

Using a USB keyboard or "slideout" keyboard on Pendant, select Windows logo which will pull up the task bar. Then select the Panel Scanner icon.

Select "Log OFF" on the Panel Scanner window which will then expand the window to view key press activity.

Press any hardwired key on Pendant and verify it is logged into the Panel Scanner.

Minimize Panel Scanner when done, DO NOT close it out. If Panel Scanner is closed, hardwired keys will no longer work and Pendant must be rebooted.
