  1. Turn off power to the machine.

    • Turn off power to the machine.

    • Unplug all the connectors on the pendant arm/pendant platform side of the pendant.

    • Remove the pendant from the pendant arm by removing the (4) M6-1.0x25 25B screws that secure it in place.

    • All RX Pendants (mill/lathe) utilize the same mounting screws.

    • Mount the replacement pendant on the arm/platform with the (4) mounting screws.

    • Reconnect all the previously removed cable connections.

    • Either reload old configuration file using service code 141 or recalibrate and enter new backlash calibration constants.
