  1. Gain access to electrical panel and locate VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) Press the "LO/RE" button to change to local mode The green light should illuminate and the readout should change to "F 0.00" and be flashing.

    • Gain access to electrical panel and locate VFD (Variable Frequency Drive)

    • Press the "LO/RE" button to change to local mode

    • The green light should illuminate and the readout should change to "F 0.00" and be flashing.

  2. Press the enter key to allow input frequency. Use the right and left keys change column Use up and down arrows to input a value

    • Press the enter key to allow input frequency.

    • Use the right and left keys change column

    • Use up and down arrows to input a value

    • Once the frequency is input press the enter key and the readout should flash "END" and then return to frequency.

  3. Verify that there are no obstructions which might interfere with the rotation of the spindle Press the green "RUN" button to turn the spindle on. Spindle will run at the set frequency Press the red "STOP" button to stop the spindle.

    • Verify that there are no obstructions which might interfere with the rotation of the spindle

    • Press the green "RUN" button to turn the spindle on. Spindle will run at the set frequency

    • Press the red "STOP" button to stop the spindle.

    • When complete, press the "LO/RE" button to allow control of the spindle back to the pendant and verify the green led is off.
