Introduction
This guide will explain how to create diagnostic zip file for engineering debugging.

Insert a USB drive into the control panel.

Go to: [Diagnostics] → [Alarm log] → Press: [Save log].

Go to: [Setup] → [System data], Press: [Side Screen] button to extend options. Find the keypad.

Press: [CTRL] → [ALT] → [D].

This will start to back up log files to a USB Drive. It will take approximately 1-2 minutes.

Verify the diagnostic ZIP file is located on the USB drive, indicated by the .7z file type.
